PROJECT SUBMISSION
Clark accepts submissions in fall of each year. Artistic and curatorial dossiers are submitted for consideration to a committee composed of members of the Centre that meets in October. The committee also meets promptly to respond to proposals for special events.
Submission deadline: October 15th
Please include with your proposal :
Visual documentation:
15 to 20 clearly identified good quality 35 mm slides

Video documentation (if any)
NTSC VHS or DVD only.

Soundtracks (if any)
CD, DVD or Mac compatible CD-ROM only, playable on generic OSX based players.
Software documentation or project (if any)
Web site, soft dossier, slideshow, soundtrack, Quicktime movie, video, flash movie, or other application, etc.)
DVD or Mac compatible CD-ROM only, playable on generic OSX based viewers.

Due to the network stability, accessibility problems or viewers or platform compatibility, documention can not be provide via an Internet site, dowloadable document or any other network application, except for specific interactive network based project. You may join web site links in your proposal but they may not be visited.

Interactive network based project (if any)
You have to send a "hard" proposal anyways including slides or paper printed screens captures, the items listed below and the way to access your application. Be sure your application is reliable, is working fluidly on OSX and is easily accessible any time.

You may include any visual document and information that may serve in assessing your proposal. Nevertheless, try to keep your proposal light, clear and precise.
If possible include a printed version of your slides, video stills or screens capture.
A descriptive list of your visual documentation
A 2-page text (500 word maximum) outlining your artistic concerns and describing your project
A curriculum vitæ
A press kit (if any)
A SASE for the return of your material
